Hawaii Restaurant Card
Hawaii Restaurant Card, mailed to unemployed people across the state, can be used In Local Restaurants, including alcohol and the tip.
Around 100,000 people will get these cards starting in mid-October, and the program is expected to cost $75 million.
Recipients will have to use the Hawaii Restaurant Card from October 20 to December 15, 2020.

Owner Jesus Torres grew up with the fantastic cooking that his family and relatives would prepare, not only for special occasions, but for regular family dinners. With his family as his instructors, Jesus learned how to prepare the authentic Mexican dishes that he enjoyed himself. He used his love of cooking authentic Mexican dishes and turned it up a notch at Kaneohe’s El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant.

After moving to Hawaii and working for another restaurant, Chuy Torres opened his first store in Kaneohe! Using what he learned from his cousin, he adds his own flavor and style that surpasses other Mexican restaurants on the island!
